Service & Maintenance Program
- A team of skilled maintenance workers who complete projects in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform a wide variety of general and skilled maintenance activities (e.g. carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc.) for the purpose of completing projects within established time frames and budgets.
- Prepare written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying information.
Emergency Service and Disaster Recovery
- Quick response to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
- Coordination with federal and local disaster relief agencies to ensure a timely recovery in the event of a disaster.
